Now I have seen the movie, and I got really shocked! I could never imagine that George should kill Lennie. The movie was much the same as the book as far as I have red, but the start was a little different. In the movie we see the two men getting chased by some guys, in the book we get to know this through a conversation.

John Steinbeck is the author of this book we have just read. He was borned 27. february 1902 in Salinas in USA. He died 20. september 1968 in New York. In 1961 he got the nobel prize in litteratury. Here is a list of hes works:

Of Mice and Men is a novel wroten by John Steinbeck. I think this is a great book with the main characters Lennie and George. George is the small smart one, and Lennie is the big stupid retarded guy. So far they have been running from some guyes, because Lennie tryed to "pet" a girls dress. so now they are trying to get a new job at a ranch near Soledad. Now I've been reading some chapters, and I think it is great so far.
